    GENERAL

    These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted toHarvest Moon ́s webshop
    on www.harvestmoon.one (in the following referred to as the Webshop), covering all purchase
    agreements that a consumer enters into online with Harvest Moon, hereinafter referred to as
    Harvest Moon. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before
    submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time,
    which is why we ask you to read the terms and conditions previous to every order you place in
    the Webshop.

    A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us
    and an order confirmation has been sent from Harvest Moon to the e-mail address you
    submitted. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated
    on the Webshop, Harvest Moon will notify you of this by e-mail. You may then cancel the order in
    question and refund your purchase. If incorrect price information has been shown on the
    Webshop you will be given the opportunity to either purchase the item at the correct price, or
    cancel the order. Harvest Moon reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if
    fraud or other actions similar to fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, are
    suspected.

    To place an order in the Webshop you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship.
    Harvest Moon presumes that minors who carry out purchases on www.harvestmoon.one submit
    truthful information of their age and/or possess the necessary consent from their custodian to
    purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may become liable for the possible costs an invalid
    agreement may involve.

    Prices

    Occasionally there may be information in the Webshop that contains typographical errors,
    inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers,
    and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to
    change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Webshop is inaccurate
    at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
    The prices in our Webshop constitute the total price (including VAT), but do not include delivery
    costs or potential payment fees. Outside the European Union, custom fees or other taxes and
    charges may be added to the purchase price.

    Discounted items are available as long as they do not run out of stock. Vouchers or discount
    codes are only valid within the stated period of time, and may not be combined or transferred to
    another purchase, nor credited to a new item due to an exchange.

    Payment

    Payment is possible in the currencies set out in the Webshop. Payment is currently made in
    Swedish kronor (SEK) for shipments to Sweden, Scandinavia, selected countries in EU and US,
    Payment can be carried out by Klarna and Klarna Invoice. Harvest Moon reserves the right to
    check the cardholder’s address, the card’s validity, and that your account has the capacity to be
    charged with the full amount. Harvest Moon reserves the right to decline a purchase.

    Please note we are currently unable to accept gift cards, merchandise cards, cash or checks as
    payment in the Webshop.

    Delivery

    Harvest Moon accepts and processes the purchase orders in the same succession that they are
    submitted to the Webshop. The time of delivery is the day that the item is available for
    collection. Normally the time of delivery within Sweden is 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) after
    Harvest Moon has accepted and confirmed your order. All shipping costs will be specified in the
    purchase order, so that the cost is clearly visible to you prior to completing the order.

    Packages returned as undeliverable

    If a purchase sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge you a fee
    covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing. Non-collected packages are normally
    not covered by the right to return items as well as the returned order.

    Delay

    Should your order be delayed more than 30 days you will receive a message of this, including a new suggested
    time of delivery, at the latest within 30 days after you submitted your order. You may cancel the
    order if you do not accept the new suggested time of delivery. If your order has been delayed,
    and the new suggested time of delivery has been accepted but the order has not yet been
    delivered within 30 working days after the new estimated time of delivery, you may always
    cancel the order by notifying our customer services on mail. If such a delay should occur,
    whereby you choose to cancel the order, we will repay the prepaid amount to you. If the order
    has already been dispatched you will have to return the ordered items in order to receive
    repayment. We will pay the cost of the return.

    Transport

    All dispatched items are insured by Harvest Moon. Should you discover any damage to the
    package prior to opening it please report this to Harvest Moon Customer Care and the postal
    agent where you collected the package, as soon as possible. Items that are damaged during
    transportation are replaced byHarvest Moon free of charge. If you have already opened the
    package when you notice the damage, please follow the return, damage and claim instructions.

    Returns and exchanges

    You are always entitled to return your items within 14 days from the time of delivery. Returns are
    free of charge in Sweden with Harvest Moon recommended returns service only, as described
    below. For returns outside Sweden there can be additional shipping charges that Harvest Moon
    will not cover.

    For the return to be accepted the returned items must be essentially in the same condition in
    which they were sold and with any seals intact. This does not apply if the items were damaged or
    otherwise changed due to any measure necessary to examine them, or due to any other
    circumstance not related to the consumer.

    Please note that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we
    recommend that you only use Harvest Moon ́s selected postage labels and returns service. In
    case you prefer to return your item with any other delivery service, please make sure the parcel
    is sent with insured and traceable mode of transportation and that you keep your receipt for the
    shipment.

    Harvest Moon will repay the price of the item as soon as possible, however at the latest within 60
    days from the date the item was returned and received by us. Returning the item is free of
    charge within Sweden, using our return label that you find in your parcel. Please follow the
    instructions provided. Returns outside of Sweden must also use our return label but there can be additional charges for shipping, that Harvest Moon will not cover, depending on local market
    conditions.

    The funds will be returned to your original method of payment, with any return charges
    deducted for orders outside of Sweden. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be
    repaid to the same card.

    Made to order items / Förbeställda varor

    These are items that are produced after your order. They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. It is not possible to cancel, return, exchange or refund items that are pre-purchased as made to order. Such items are paid in full when booked through the webshop and delivered to you at an approximate later date after production of the item is finished. After production your item is either shipped to you or made ready for pick-up by you at an assigned pick-up point. We will non the less assist in exchanges when possible, but this is never guaranteed.

    Damaged products

    Harvest Moon ensures that all products are meticulously checked through our quality control
    procedures before being dispatched to our customers. We work hard to avoid the emergence
    of damages or defects in our products. Should you find that an item despite this is damaged or
    otherwise defective, we will replace your item with a new sample of the item in question, if a new
    one is available. If a new item is not available, you will be refunded with the original cost of the
    item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item was part of an
    order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded.
    You are asked to always examine your received products at the time of delivery and as soon as
    possible report any deviations from your order to us.

    We will refund you as soon as possible, at the latest within 60 days from the date the returned
    item is received by Harvest Moon, and we have established that the item is damaged or
    otherwise defective. Always save your receipt. The funds will be returned to your original
    method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same
    card.

    Colours

    We cannot guarantee that the colors appearing in the Webshop reflect the clothes’ colors in
    reality. The colors can be reflected in different ways depending on for example your computer
    or phone screen, graphic card and the computer settings.
